The name of the delicatessen is not known, although the strorefront became the location of the Genova Ravioli Factory."The photograph was passed along by a friend who scanned it and sent it to me. The owner of Tanjia [the Moroccan restaurant that occupied 4905 Telegraph Avenue from 2002 until circa 2012], found this photo behind a wall during their remodel. On the back of the photo it says 'man on right is my grandfather Frank "Bosco" Querio-Circa 1919.' [Harry Yaglijian note]

4905 Telegraph Avenue (looking west), Temescal district, Oakland, Calif. A Moroccan retuarant opened at this location in 2002; this was followed by another Moroccan restaurant, Doukkala, which opened in April 2014. However, this venture was relatively short-lived. Toward the end of 2016, another restaurant, Shangri-La Vegan, opened.
